How to reach us for account access, publishing, subscriptions, archive issues, and public page reports.

Write to contact@glasrocks.com with as much detail as you can — the more context we have, the faster we can diagnose the issue.

What to include

  • Device model and operating system version.
  • The Sipura app version, if available.
  • A short description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
  • Screenshots, public URLs, or error messages where relevant.

Subscriptions and refunds

If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests; contact us if the app does not recognize an active subscription after purchase or restore.

Response expectations

Support is handled primarily by email. Response time varies with volume and severity, but urgent security or abuse issues should say so clearly in the subject line.
